2023 Silverfox Carménère

Here's the latest Silverfox wine, a beautiful, easy drinking Carménère (75%) with 25% of our best Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon to finish it off.  Every time we open this wine, it is a crowd favorite. Upon opening, you get wonder white pepper with a hint of light green pepper (which is very common in Carménère wines). The green pepper profile is subtle so it's a perfect match for anyone who enjoys a nice deep wine without feeling like you bit into a green pepper. The fruit is amazing with soft blueberry, blackberry and light cherry, and there's just a hint of cigar smoke; which we feel is very appealing. This wine is rather complex with a lot going on, so we can't wait for you to try it. This Carménère is damn sexy and has been aging nicely since we first started tasting it in December 2025.
