2022 Cabernet Franc

Our Cabernet Franc wines are always in high demand, and the 2022 version will be no different. A beautiful, light tannin wine straight out of the bottle. Let it open for a bit, or give it a good decant and it will soften nicely into a smooth, velvety wine. The light tannin and acid levels of this wine, however, will reward you later if you have the patience to store it. It's sleek, elegant texture will age fantastically.

If choose to open now, you will get both the nose and taste of gorgeous light green pepper and a hint of white pepper spice. The white pepper and fruit will become more dominant as the wine breaths. Dark chocolate and a bit of earthy cedar round out the finish. Enjoy this wine with or without food. Or pair it with a nice piece of chocolate - or any chocolate dessert.
