2020 Cabernet Sauvignon

Once again, a stunning Cabernet Sauvignon that is from two of the most prestigious Washington Red Mountain vineyards: Quintessence and Dalee.  This inky beauty has aromatics of dark cherry, mocha, and violets up front, with lingering soft cedar.  It has sultry layers of cherry and blackberry fruit, but still retains a subtle earthiness with herbs and white pepper.  Because of the softer tanins, get ready for an elegant and luscious finish....just you wait.  This wine is great now with an optional decant, or feel free to put it in the back of your cellar for an untold special occasion to come.
