Bright acidity and silky tannins makes this wine a vivacious beauty. Aromatics of raspberry, strawberry and crushed gravel. The pallet is spirited with lots of red fruit, hints of thyme and mint as well as bittersweet chocolate. 2018 was a great year in the vineyard and we picked in mid-October when the acid levels were still high and the sugars were at perfection. This wine is very versatile and will pair deliciously with pizza, red sauce dishes, herbed chicken, and burgers.
