2018 Roussanne

This 100% Roussanne spent both primary and secondary fermentation in French oak. This wine has an exotic bouquet of honeysuckle and apricot. The mouth feel is rich with hints of nectarine, honey and chamomile. This full body beauty is more reminiscent of a red wine as it is complex and ever-changing on the palate with a nice lingering finish.
